The studios come fully serviced with internet, TV, gas, water, electricity, weekly cleaning, weekly towel + bedlinen service during your stay. The demographic in the building is spread out over 55 nationalities, with most of our tenants moving to Amsterdam for the first time.

During the year there will be a few events for the tenants to get a chance to meet each other. With this in mind, we also created a Facebook Group where you can meet your new neighbours and make new friends right when you move in!

Location:

Amsterdam Noord is a quiet and green area and is perfect for aspiring young working professionals. There is a ferry (Buiksloterweg) that goes to Central Station every 5mins free of charge and is open 24/7. Living in Noord is great because of its quick access to Amsterdam whilst still providing the peace and quiet you just can’t get in the centre of town.

The apartments are located right across the river with convenient supermarkets around the corner. In the area you can find a lot of shops, restaurants, gyms, and markets all within a 5-10 min. bike ride from your studio.
